摘要
活塞异形外圆几何尺寸包括裙部椭圆度和轴向截面中凸度。本文研究在一般机械精度的仪器主轴系统上,应用仪器误差修正技术,提高测量结果的精度的原理和方法。对样机测试结果表明,未经修正技术的测量标准误差为1.8微米,经应用修正技术的测量标准误差为0.6微米,达到设计要求。
The special geometrical contour of a piston is a ellipse in cross section and a convex curve in axial section. The principle and method for measuring piston contour are discussed in this paper. For improving the measurement accuracy, a new technique is developed to correct the instrument errors in a revolving axle system with ussual manufacturing accuracy. Testing results by a sample instrument for piston test shown that the standard error is 1. 8 um for the measurements without error correction technigue, and the standard error is 0. 6 um for the measurements with error correction technique.
