传统商业街初探

RESEARCH ON THE TRADITIONAL COMMERCE STREETS

城市中心、商业中心的步行化是世界各国城市复苏发展的重要途径,本文从这一点出发,提出了继承、发掘我国传统商业街的问题。对我国传统商业街具有综合功能、充分体现地方风俗民情等特点的分析,并结合1984年以来规划设计的数项仿传统商业街实例,提出了在规划设计商业街时应予注意的问题和体会,这就是进一步提高环境的舒适性、适当扩大环境容量,充分体现当地的风俗民情,保持步行化和改善交通条件。

Walking of city center and commerce center is an imptant way for cities all over the world to resurrect. From this view, the problem of inheriting and excavating traditional commerce streets of our country is put forward in this paper. By analysing the feature of the traditional commerce streets of our country which have multi-purpose function, suitable space size, good dis tinction, provide medium space for people to be contact with each other, and embody fully the local customs and the condition of the people etc, as well as several living examples planned and designed since 1984 which imitated the traditional commerce streets, the problem and experience which should be paid, atlention to planning and designing are put forth. That is the comfort of the environment should be heightened further, the capacity of the environment should be enlarged properly, in order to embody fully the local customs and the condition of the people and keep walking and improve the conditions of communication.
