基于功率键图和数字仿真的比例变量泵调速系统动态特性分析

摘要 单、双动冲压液压机、快速液压机、金属挤压机等液压系统的动态性能对整机性能影响甚大。本文用功率键图(Power Bond Graphs)的方法,建立液压系统的数学模型,在计算机上对此模型进行数字仿真。并将仿真和程序嵌入优化程序中,对影响系统动态性能的一些主要参数进行了优化、获得了满意的结果。 The dynamic performance of some hydraulic systems,such as:single or double acting ramjet hydraulic machines, high-speed hydraulic machines and metal estruding machines, etc. makes a great efforts on their system performance. This article sets the mathematical model of the hydraulic systems by the power bond graphs and then makes digital emulation with computers. Then it includes the emulator programm into the optimizator programm so that some main parameters which affect the system' s dynamic performance can be optimized and good results have been got.
