摘要
报告我科1983—1987年对49例膀胱癌患者术后应用环磷酰胺、卡介苗化学免疫治疗的观察结果,平均随访31.45个月(11～55个月),复发2例,复发率为4.1%。治疗期间免疫指标测定,显示治疗后细胞免疫反应明显增强。
49 cases of bladder cancer were treated from 1983 to 1987 by intravenation of CTXand intravesical instillation of BCG. The chemoimmune therapy was instituted after tumorresection. The recurrence rate has been 4.1% during a follow-up of 11 to 55 months(average 31.45 months). The immunological examination revealed a sigificant increasein cell-mediated immunologic resposes of the hosts.
