30例乳腺癌AR、ER和PR的研究

摘要 研究了30例乳腺癌的性类固醇激素受体含量和阳性检出率。乳癌组织胞液与^(3H)-睾酮,^(3H)-雌二醇和^(3H)-孕酮的最大特异结合量分别是154.2,121.6和159.0 fmol/mg胞液蛋白;它与三种标记配基的结合亲和力各为0.21,4.65和1.03nM。30例乳腺癌AR、ER和PR的阳性检出率分别是33.3%,70%和60%。不同病理类型乳腺癌间的AR、ER和PR阳性检出率差异有统计学意义。二元线性回归分析结果表明同时含有三种受体的乳腺癌AR的含量与ER和PR的含量无明显的相关关系。 Frequency and concentration of sexual steroid hormone receptors are described in 30patients with breast cancer. The specific bindings of H-Testosterone, H-Estrogen and ~3H-Progesterone in cytosol of breast cancer specimens contained 154.2, 121.6 and 159.0fmol/mgprotein, with binding affinities (Kd value) of 0.21, 4.65 and 1.03 nM respectively. Androgenreceptor, estrogen receptor and progestereon receptor were positive in 33.3%, 70%and 60% respectively. The pathological type of assayed tissue significantly affectedAndrogen receptor (AR), Estrogen receptor (ER) and Progesterone receptor (PR) positivity(P=0.013, 0.0007 and 0.0002 respectively). The result of multiple linear regressionanalysis indicated that there was no obvious relationship between content of AR and thatof ER and PR.
