肾脏功能影像学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肾脏功能的评价对于肾脏疾病的诊断非常重要,目前常用的实验室方法敏感性较差,而且无法提供单侧肾脏功能情况;核医学检查不能提供肾脏的精细解剖信息,而且需要特殊的仪器.近几年随着功能成像的发展,CT、MR对于肾功能的评估有了越来越突出的价值.
