摘要
本文从系统论、控制论和信息论的观点出发,论全国计量信息系统总体设计,提出一整套具有计量特色的、大型现代化专业性信息系统的设计,对于加强计量技术基础工作为国民经济服务,具有重要意义。
The integrate design of large information system is an important problem that the large information system of our country is facing now. The tent based on the idea of system science controlmeut science and information science,spears the integrate design of the measuremeut system of the corntry. It puts forward an integrate set of the design of large modern special information system with measuer featuers and that is important abort the work of enhancing measurement technology basemcut and serving national economics .
