摘要
本文在对传统的水资源价值观及其伴随的水患问题进行分析的基础上,提出水资源生态价值观,并对这一全新的观念的经济属性及其哲学内涵作了初步探讨。
Based on analysis of the traditional viewpoint of ecological value of water resources and its consequent disasters related to water, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of ecological value of water resources, and preliminarily discusses the economic property and philosophical connotat ion of the entirely new Meal.
