维生素C对大鼠肌肉拉伤所致过氧化损伤的保护作用 被引量:7

Protective effect of vitamin C on muscle strain injury- induced peroxidative damage in rats

摘要 目的 建立骨骼肌拉伤动物模型 ,观察维生素C对肌肉拉伤导致的过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 将大鼠随机分为维生素C组、生理盐水 (NS)组及对照组。利用大鼠建立骨骼肌拉伤动物模型 ,将维生素C组及NS组造成大鼠右侧腓肠肌拉伤。维生素C组经灌胃给予维生素C(2g·kg- 1 ·d- 1 ) ,NS组给予同体积生理盐水 ,观察损伤后 3、7、14d大鼠血浆中肌肉损伤标志物肌酸激酶(CK)活力和丙二醛 (MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)活力以及总抗氧化能力 (T AOC)的变化。结果 维生素C组血浆CK活力在伤后 3、7、14d[分别为 (32 5 .36± 2 8.2 9)、(14 7.0 6± 2 7.4 0 )、(80 .4 7± 13.5 0 )U L]均低于NS组 [分别为 (4 0 3.6 7± 2 5 .17)、(193.0 3± 2 6 .31)、(92 .98±8.93)U L],差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。维生素C组血浆MDA含量在伤后 3、7d[分别为 (8.0 3± 2 .2 2 )、(5 .33± 1.5 4 ) μmol L]低于NS组 [分别为 (13.81± 3.17)、(7.5 5± 2 .2 0 ) μmol L]。维生素C组SOD活力较NS组有升高趋势 ,且在第 7天明显高于NS组 [维生素C组为 (10 4 .33± 11.5 6 )NU ml,NS组为 (86 .85±14 .2 5 )NU ml],差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;维生素C组GSH Px活力、T AOC在伤后 3、7、14d均高于NS?
