摘要
结合沪闵路高架二期节段梁的预制施工,介绍了短线匹配法预制节段梁模板系统结构设计的原则、要求和模板系统的构成,以及该模板系统在预制施工过程中的固定模板、匹配节段和底模、侧模等的运作方式与精度控制方法。
Combined with the construction of precast segmental beam for the second-phase Huming Elevated Expressway, the principle and requirement of structural design of molding system for precast segmental beam by short matched method, the composition of molding system and operating of fixing molding, matched section and side and bottom molding etc . as well as accuracy control are introduced.
