摘要
目的:探讨青光眼减压阀引流术治疗新生血管性青光眼的有效性和安全性。方法:采用Ahmed青光眼减压阀治疗新生血管性青光眼15例(17眼)。青光眼控制标准为6mmHg≤眼压≤22mmHg。术后随访6mo～5a,平均34.1mo。结果:手术近期成功率88%。主要并发症有,早期前房延缓形成12%,前房导管口阻塞6%,前房出血6%。远期成功率59%,主要并发症有:1例前房积脓,1例植入管外露,1例植入管脱出,2例眼压再度升高。结论:青光眼减压阀植入治疗新生血管性青光眼安全,有效。
AIM: To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Ahmed glaucoma valve device in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma.· METHODS: Fifteen cases (17 eyes) with neovascular glaucoma were treated by Ah med glaucoma valve device, the success standard of glaucoma being 6mmHg≤IOP≤22 mmHg. The mean follow-up was 34.12 mo.· RESULTS: The short-term success rate was 88.23% at the time of discharge from hospital and the long-term success rate was 58.82% without severe complications .· CONCLUSION: Glaucoma valve device is effective and safe in the treatment of n eovascular glaucoma.·
