摘要
目的:观察电焊弧光对角、结膜的影响。方法:对168例从事电焊工作人员行裂隙灯下角、结膜检查,记录翼状胬肉、睑裂斑、光性角膜炎的发生情况。结果:从事电焊工作10a以下者31例,翼状胬肉6眼(9.7%),睑裂斑8眼(12.9%),光性角膜炎8眼(12.9%);10~20a者84例,翼状胬肉27眼(16.1%),睑裂斑31眼(18.4%),光性角膜炎22眼(13.1%);20a以上者53例,翼状胬肉25眼(23.6%),睑裂斑27眼(25.5%),光性角膜炎14眼(13.2%)。结论:翼状胬肉及睑裂斑的发生与接触电焊弧光照射时间的长短有关,时间越长,发生率越高;光性角膜炎则与一次过量电焊弧光照射有关。
AIM: To observe the influence of electric welding's arc light on cornea and c onjunctiva.· MEHTODS: A total of 168 welders were examined with slit-lamp microscope. They were divided into 3 groups according to their working years. Group 1 for less t han 10 years, Group 2 for 10 to 20 years and Group 3 for more than 20 years. The incidence of pterygium, pinguecula and photophalmia were recorded.· RESULTS: In Group 1, 31 welders had pterygium in 6 eyes (9.7%), Pingueula in 8 eyes (12.9%) and photophalmia in 8 eyes (12.9%). In Group 2, 84 welders had pt erygium in 27 eyes (16.1%), pinguecula in 31 eyes (18.4%) and photophalmia 22 ey es (13.1%). In Group 3, 53 welders had pterygium in 25 eyes (23.6%), pinguecula in 27 eyes (25.5%) and photophalmia in 14 eyes (13.2%).· CONCLUSION: The incidence of pterygium and pinguecula has a bearing on the du ration of electric welding's arc light. The longer the duration, the higher the incidence. The incidence of photophalmia has a bearing on the once excessive wel ding's arc light.·
