Analysis of misdiagnosis in patients with Behcet's disease

目的:分析Behcet病误诊原因,以做出准确的诊断。方法:总结Behcet病误诊患者的临床表现,剖析诊疗中的薄弱环节。结果:门诊以虹膜睫状体炎、视网膜血管炎,视网膜动脉阻塞收住院4例。误诊原因:对Behcet病的临床特征认识不深刻;问诊及体格检查的疏忽;忽视了皮肤过敏反应性特征性的改变。结论:Behcet病是一种以葡萄膜炎、口腔溃疡、皮肤损害和生殖器溃疡等为特征的多系统受损的疾病,眼科医师要掌握眼与全身病的关系,抓住疾病特征性的改变,细心问诊与系统检查方能做出准确的诊断。

AIM: To analyze the reasons for the misdiagnosis of the Behcet's syndrome to make proper diagnosis.· METHODS: The clinical manifestations of misdiagnosed Behcet's disease patient s were observed, with their weaknesses of diagnosis and treatments analyzed.· RESULTS: Four cases were received from out-patient clinic, being diagnosed ir idocyclitis, retinal vasculitis and retinal arterial obstruction. Misdiagnosed r easons were as follow: The cognition of the clinic features is not deep enough; carelessness of inquiry and examinations and neglecting the characteristic chang e of skin allergic response.· CONCLUSION: Behcet's disease is a multiple system lesion disease characterize d by uveitis, dental ulcer, skin lesion and genital organ ulcer. Therefore oculi sts should master the relation between eyes and general disease, seize the chara cteristic change, inquire carefully and examine systematically so as to make an exact diagnosis.·
