脑血管病患者血浆TXB_2、6-酮PGF_(1α)和β-TG同步监测的临床应用

摘要 用放兔法同步检测急性脑血管病患者(ACVD_s)95例血浆β-TG、TXB_2和6-酮PGF_1α(下简称6-酮)的含量变化。发现ACVD_s血浆β-TG、TXB_2含量增高,而6-酮均降低,与对照组相比有显著差异,并可作为出血性脑血管病(HCVD)和缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)鉴别指标之一。动态观察还发现阿斯匹林(ASA)对降低ICVD的血浆β-TG和TXB_2浓度及改善临床症状、预防缺血性卒中复发有一定价值,而对6-酮则无明显影响。 The levels of plasma β-TG, TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) were detected simultaneouslyin 95 patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases (ACVDs) by radioimmunoassay. Itwas found that both the plasma β-TG and TXB_2 levels in ACVD_5 increased and 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) decreased. The difference was very significant when compared with thecontrol group. And the levels of TXB_2 and β-TG could be used as an index indifferentiation between haemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases (HCVD) and ischemiccerebrovascular diseases (ICVD). It was also found that ASA had a better effect indecreasing plasma β-TG and TXB_2levels in ICVD, improving clinical manifestations andpreventing the recurrence of ICVD, and no significant influence to 6-Keto-PGF_(1α).
