摘要
目的:评价白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的巩膜隧道切口与透明角膜切口,对术后人工晶状体眼光学像差的影响。方法:试验组为年龄相关性白内障患者35例,依术中切口分为巩膜组和角膜组,并设同龄正常人为对照组。主观像差仪检查试验组术后3d、1mo及对照组的波前像差,比较试验组间以及试验组与对照组间变异。结果:术后3d及1mo,巩膜组与角膜组总体像差间的差异均无统计学意义。对照组与试验组的差异有统计学意义。结论:人工晶状体眼的光学像差较同龄正常眼增加。不同手术切口对术后人工晶状体眼光学像差的影响并无差别。
AIM: To evaluate the effects of scleral and corneal incisions on wavefront ab errations of pseudophakic patients after phacoemulsification surgery and intraoc ular lens implantation.· MEHTODS: Thirty-Five patients(40 eyes)with age-related cataract, having under gone phacoemulsification surgery and intraocular lens implantation, were divided into Corneal Group and Scleral Group according to the incisions. The Wavefront aberrations of patients at 3d and 1mo postoperatively and those of normal contro ls were measured by using WAF1000. The RMS (root mean square) values of the over all wavefront aberrations and the aberration in high orders were caculated by 35 nape Zernike coefficients. Aberrations were compared between the two test group s and among the test groups and Control Group. ·RESULTS: The RMS mean values of the overall wavefront errors in Scleral Group and Corneal Group at 3d after surgery were 0.87um and 1.01um respectively. The differences were not statistically significant. The RMS mean values of the overa ll wavefront aberrations in Scleral Group and Corneal Group at 1mo postoperative ly were 0.54um and 0.57um respectively. The differences were not statistically s ignificant, either. The RMS mean values of the overall wavefront aberrations in Control Group was 0.24um, the differences in the RMS mean values of the overall wavefront aberrations among Control Group and the two test groups were statistic ally significant.· CONCLUSION: Pseudophakic patients have higher optical aberrations after phaco emulsification surgery than normal eyes. The effects of scleral and corneal inci sion on optical aberrations were of no significance.·
