摘要
本文通过对学习型组织和知识管理两种理论进行深入比较分析,从理论的高度指出二者的交融之处,以及两种理论在前提假设、动力模型、管理方式和发展历程上的相异之处,由此提出将两种理论进行整合的设想,并得出创建新型学习型组织的几点启示。
Through a deep comparison between the two theories, we point out that Knowledge Management and Learning Organization have something in common and that they differ from each other in theoretical hypothesis, model of motive force, style of management and course of development. Thus, we put forward an idea to converge the two theories, from which we have gained some enlightenment.
