股骨头缺血坏死的介入治疗及应用MRI随诊体会

The Treatment of End of Thighbone Necrosis of Lack of Blood and MRI Follow-up Diagnose Experience

目的 探讨股骨头缺血坏死的介入治疗及应用MRI诊断的随诊体会。方法 采用Seldinger’s穿刺超选择灌注溶通术 ,对 2 6例股骨头坏死患者经股动脉置管选择插入患侧闭孔 ,旋股内、外侧动脉灌注溶通药物。结果 介入治疗后 2 6例患者临床症状明显改善 ,髋关节疼痛、功能障碍等得到缓解或消失。治疗后MRI示坏死骨质均有不同程度吸收 ,新骨形成及修复。结论 介入插管溶通药物灌注治疗股骨头缺血坏死具有良好的临床应用价值 。

Objective To discuss intervene treatment of end of thighbone necrosis of lack of blood and MRI Follow-up diagnose experience.Methods Use Seldinger's puncture dissolve technique to 26 patients,inserted conduit through patient's thigh-artery into affected part,then injected dissolve medicinal.Results Arter treatment,26 patient's clinical symptoms improved significantly,hipbone joint pain,function barrier were postponed or recuperated,MRI show that necrosis bone have been absorbed to some extent,new bone formed and recuperated.Conclusion The treatment of dissolve medicinal insert conduit intervene for end of necrosis of lack of blood is of good value of clinical apply,use MRI for follow-up diagnose is also effective method.
