摘要
文章介绍了适合炼制高含硫原油炼油装置的腐蚀监测系统的构成及在生产实践中的应用效果与讨论,说明监测系统能够监测炼油装置腐蚀部位的腐蚀状况,及时发现腐蚀异常情况。塔顶冷凝冷却系统的在线腐蚀监测实践说明,设备的腐蚀积累很大程度上是由于短期的腐蚀控制工艺不连续造成的,保持防腐蚀工艺连续执行是确保设备安全运行的重要条件, 而在线腐蚀监测则能起到监控的作用。
Construction and application of corrosion monitoring system for refinery units, which are processinghigh-sulfur crude oil, were presented and discussed. With this system, corrosion situation can be under control andcorrosion exception can be found in time. According to online monitoring of overhead condensation system, it wasconcluded that corrosion accumulations of equipments are mostly the result of little time discontinuity of corrosioncontrol procession. Continuity of anti-corrosion procession, of which this system fill the role, is important for ensuringequipments' safety.
