摘要
高技术产品只有通过商品化上市才有可能收回研究开发成本,但这一环节往往失败率相当高,给开发企业带来了极大的损失,如何提高商品化上市的成功率是每个高技术企业都十分关注的问题。本文以此为研究内容,探讨了在高技术产品商品化上市的市场准备、营销策略设计、市场定位和上市执行四个企业可以采用的具体策略。
Only through successful Commercialization, can the High-tech Products initial investment on research and development be returned. However, the risk of this stage is considerably high. Therefore, how to increase the new High-tech Products Commercialization Success Rate is a problem concerned by every High-tech company. In order to solve this problem, This paper put forward specific strategies Which can be adopted by the High-tech company in the four stages of Persuading a market to adopt a new technology: preparation, targeting, positioning, and execution.
