摘要
本文研究了硫代米氏酮(TMK)与铂(Pt(Ⅱ))、钯(Pd(Ⅱ))的显色反应,提出通过调节显色介质酸度用TMK同时测定Pt、Pd的新光度分析法。研究结果表明:Pt、Pd与TMK所形成配合物的最大吸收波长均在528nm左右,其表观摩尔吸光系数分别为ε_(Pt)^(528)=1.44×10~5和ε_(Pd)^(528)=2.13×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。所拟方法灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简便。方法用于合成样品中Pt、Pd的同时测定,结果满意。
A new, sensitive, highly selective and simple method for simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of Pt(n ) and Pd(FJ ) without separation based on the difference in acidity required for complex formation between the two metal ions and Thio-Michler' s ketone (TMK) has been developed. Pt and Pd react with TMK to form red complexes (1: 4) of which the wave lengths of maximum absorption are the same (about 528 nm) .The apparent molar absorptivities of the complexes are 1.44 × 105 (Pt) and 2.13 × 10s L.moF1. cm-1 (Pd) respectively. This method has been used for simultaneous determination of micro amounts of Pt and Pd in a simulated samples with satisfactory results .
