Stability of Two-Layer Different Kinds of Fluids Flowing Down An Inclined Plane

本文讨论了二层不同类型的流体在重力作用下沿斜面流动的稳定性问题,得到了临界雷诺数的近似表示,并对其流动稳定性进行了分析。

In this paper, the problem of stability of two-layer different kind of fluids flowing down an inclined plane under gravity with respect to two dimensional disturbances is studied. The critical Reynolds number is given as a junction of yield stress and the slope of the plane, and its stability is analysed.
