摘要
本文针对地处太行山前石家庄地区元氏县水资源匮乏现状,遵循水资源平衡及相互转化原理,在充分利用现有水利工程设施基础上,利用天然河道的优越引渗条件合理地调度外流域闲置的地表水资源量,运用综合手段,对本县地下水超采区进行人工补给的回灌试验,取得了大量资料。其方法得当,技术先进,成效显著。不仅获得了可观的经济效益,其社会、环境效益亦很突出。
As far as the water resource lack situation of in Yuanshi County of Shijiazhuang area is concerned, this paper, based on making full use of the present irrigation facilities and the principle of water resource balance and its mutual transformation, has carried out an artificial recharge test in the overextraction arer of this county and obtained a lot of information by means oftransfering the surface water resourced of other river basin and comprehensive mothods. The method taken in this paper is proper, its technique advanced, and the kenefit obvious. It has achieved not only remarkable economic benefits, but also very obvious social and enviromental benefits.
