本文基于环境危机加剧的现实,深入分析了保护环境与持续发展的相关性和矛盾性,并指出解决环境与发展问题的基本目标,应当是建立国际大协作的新伙伴关系和建立进步的社会生态发展模式。
Based on the fact of increasing deterioration of our environment, this ar- ticle gives a particular analysis of the relationship and the contradiction between the envi- ronment protesting and the lasting development. It points out that the basic goal for the solution to the problem is to establish a new companionship to cooperate internationally and set up a advanced model of social ecological development.
