五倍子鞣酸的质量标准

The quality standards of Gallotannin

目的 建立五倍子鞣酸的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法 (TLC)对五倍子鞣酸进行定性鉴别 ;采用比色法测定五倍子鞣酸的含量。结果 TLC(聚酰胺薄膜 )分离效果好 ,斑点清晰 ;五倍子鞣酸在 2 .788～ 34.85mg范围内线性关系良好(r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 99.5 % ,RSD =0 .5 14 % (n =5 )。结论 所用方法简便易行 ,可作为五倍子鞣酸质量控制的标准。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standards of Gallotannin.METHODS Gallotannin and gallic acid were identified by TLC and the content of Gallotannin was determined by Colorimetric method.RESULTS The identified chromatograms were distinct and the spots were clear.The linear relationship was good for Gallotannin in the range of 2.788 to 34.85 mg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD of 0.514%.CONCLUSION These methods are specific and accurate.They can be used to control the quality of Gallotannin.
