Extraction and determination of protein components from Endothelium corneum

目的 优化鸡内金蛋白质类成分的提取工艺进行 ,并对提取物进行分析。方法 用碱提取鸡内金蛋白质类成分 ,并用紫外分光光度法、氨基酸自动分析仪、柱层析等对提取物进行理化性质的分析。结果 经碱提取可获得产率较高的鸡内金提取物 ;其分子量均一 ,并含有一定量的必需氨基酸。结论 提取工艺简单易行 ,其提取物是一种很有前途的糖蛋白。

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction techniques of protein components from Endothelium corneum.METHODS Protein components of Endothelium Corneum were extracted by alkali.The physico-chemical properties of the extractives are assayed by Ultraviolet spectrometry,automatic amino-acid analyzer,gel chromatography,and so on.RESULTS The yield of extractives was high via alkaline extraction method.There were some essential amino acids in the extractive and the molecular weight of the extractive is uniform.CONCLUSION The extraction techniques is simple.Moreover the extractive is a promising glycoprotein.
