多波长直线回归法测定复方氧氟沙星滴耳液的含量

Determination of Compound Ofloxaxin ear drops by Multi-wavelength linear regression

目的 建立测定复方氧氟沙星滴耳液中氧氟沙星和甲硝唑含量的方法。方法 采用多波长直线回归法并运用BASIC语言编制计算程序。结果 氧氟沙星和甲硝唑的平均回收率分别为 99.4 4 %和 99.76 % ,RSD分别为 0 .6 0 %和 0 .82 %。结论 所用方法不经预先分离即可直接测定氧氟沙星和甲硝唑的含量 ,方法简便、快速 ,结果准确。

OBJECTIVE To determine the concentrations of Ofloxacin and Metronidazole in the Compound Ofloxacin ear drops.METHODS The computer program was designed with BASIC language by Multi-wavalength linear regression method.RESULTS The average recoveries of Ofloxacin and Metronidazole in the compound were 99.44% and 99.76%.Their relative standard deviations were 0.60% and 0.82%,respectively.CONCLUSION This method can be used to determine the contents of Ofloxacin and Metronidazole in a mixture without separation.It is simple,rapid and accurate.
