HPLC测定健脾消食颗粒中橙皮苷的含量

Determination of hesperidin contents in Jianpi Xiaoshi granules by HPLC

目的 建立健脾消食颗粒中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法 ,DiamonsilC18色谱柱 ,乙腈 - 0 .0 1%磷酸溶液 (19.5∶80 .5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 84nm。结果 橙皮苷对照品在 0 .0 7～ 0 .4 8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9998) ,平均加样回收率为 95 .99% ,RSD =0 .6 2 % (n =6 )。结论 所用方法简便、准确、重复性好 ,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin in Jianpi Xiaoshi granules.METHODS An HPLC method was used.The samples were separated by Diamonsil C 18 column with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.01% phosphoric acid ( 19.5∶ 80.5).The detective wavelength was at 284 nm.RESULTS The linear calibration curves were obtained in the range of 0.07 to 0.48 μg. (r=0.9998) ;The average recovery of hesperidin was 95.99%(RSD=0.62%,n=6)in the granules.CONCLUSION The method is quick,accurate and suitable for determining the contents of hesperidin in Jianpi Xiaoshi granules.
