HPLC测定盐酸小檗碱片的含量

Determination of Berberine hydrochloride contents in its tablets by HPLC

目的 建立盐酸小檗碱片的含量测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法 ,选用InertsilODS - 3C18色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5μm) ,0 .0 33mol·L-1KH2 PO4溶液 -乙腈 (6 5∶35 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 6 5nm。结果 盐酸小檗碱在 0 .2～ 1.6 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好。回归方程为 :A =4 .2 12× 10 6C - 1.0 0 9× 10 5(r=0 .9999)。结论 所用方法简便、快速 ,结果准确。

OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method of Berberine hydrochloride contents in its tablets.METHODS The HPLC System consisted of Inertrsil  ODS-3 C 18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)and 0.033 mol·L -1 KH 2PO 4- acetonotrile (65∶35) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 ml·min -1 .The detection wavelength was at 265 nm.RESULTS The linear range was 0.2 to 1.6 μg·ml -1 .A= 4.212 ×10 6C -1.009×10 5(r=0.9999).CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
