HPLC测定利巴韦林颗粒的含量

Determination of Ribavirin granules by HPLC

目的 改进利巴韦林颗粒的含量测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法 ,C18色谱柱 ,检测波长 2 0 7nm ,流动相为水。结果 在2 0～ 80 μg·ml-1范围内浓度与峰面积的线性关系良好 (r =0 .9999) ,回收率平均值为 99.3% ,重复进样RSD =0 .9% (n =5 )。结论 所用方法简便、准确、重复性好。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Ribavirin granules.METHODS HPLC method was used on a C 18 column,the detective wavelength was at 207 nm and the mobile phase was pure water.RESULTS The linearity was good within the range of 20 to 80 μg·ml -1 (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.3% with RSD of 0.9%(n=5).CONCLUSION The established method is accurate,stable and can be used for quality control of Ribavirin granules.
