贝力斯治疗脑脊髓病变后肢体痉挛性瘫痪的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Beilishi to the limb spastic paralysis with encephalomyelopathy

目的 观察贝力斯治疗脑脊髓病变后肢体痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法 12 0例脑脊髓病变后肢体痉挛性瘫痪的患者服用贝力斯 4周。结果 贝力斯治疗痉挛性瘫痪的总有效率为 79.2 % ,治疗前后肌张力的变化、患者主观症状 (失眠除外 )的改善具统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 贝力斯能够有效地治疗脑脊髓病变后肢体痉挛性瘫痪的患者。

OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of Beilishi to the limb spastic paralysis with encephalomyelopath.METHODS 120 patients took Beilishi for 4 weeks.RESULTS The total effective rate was 79.2%.The change in muscle tension and subjective symptom,except insomnia,had the statistical significant different.CONCLUSION Beilishi have the therapeutic effect to the limb spastic paralysis with encephalomyelopath.
