摘要
劳动者使用劳动工具并作用于劳动对象,使之转变为人们所需要的物质资料,从本质上说,一切劳动对象最终都来源于自然资源。本文阐明了作为潜在的劳动对象—然资源在生产力发展中的地位和作用,进而侧重于对矿产资源和水资源开发与利用原则的论述,最后阐述了为了保持人类社会与自然界的平衡与和谐,必须加强对自然资源的保护措施。
Labourers who use instruments of labour act on the objects of labour, and transfer the object to material life. Essentially, all the objects or labour are derived from natural resources. This paper states the position of natural resources-potential ob- jects of labour amoug elements of productive forced. Moreover, it puts stress on the statement of principles to exploit mincral resources and to harness water resources. At last, this paper argues that something must be done to keep the balance between society and nature.
