微波辅助含氮杂环的N-芳基化反应

Microwave assisted N-Arylation of aromatic heterocycles

目的 用微波反应合成N -芳基杂环化合物。方法 在无溶剂条件和用过渡金属催化剂CuI和相转移催化剂TEBA存在的情况下 ,通过微波辐射辅助合成N -芳基杂环化合物。结果 合成了 11个N -芳基杂环化合物 ,并经1HNMR、13 CNMR、MS确证结构。结论 微波辅助含氮杂环的N -芳基化反应与传统的加热方法相比 ,具有简单、快速、安全和高效等特点。

OBJECTIVE To synthesize N-aromatic heterocycles by microwave.METHODS Microwave assisted synthesis using transfer metal catalyst CuI and phase transfer catalyst TEBA without solvent.RESULTS Eleven compounds of N-aromatic heterocycles were synthesized and confirmed by 1HNMR, 13 CNMR and MS.CONCLUSION Compared with the tranditional heating method,this amination method is simple,safe,rapid and efficient.
