优化山茱萸中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的提取工艺

Optimal extractive technology of α-glucosidase inhibitor from Cornus officinalis

目的 研究提取山茱萸中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的最佳工艺。方法 通过回流提取、纯化 ,对均匀设计 9个水平的提取物进行体内、体外活性的筛选。结果 提取条件为 4 0 %的乙醇、10倍量、4h ;剂量为 4 0 0mg·kg-1时 ,其体内活性最好。结论 优选的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的提取最佳工艺可以为进一步开发山茱萸提供依据。

OBJECTIVE To study the optimal extractive technology of α-glucosidase inhibitor from Cornus officinalis.METHODS By refluxing and purifying,the extracts were separated.By 9 levels of Uniform design,the activities of extracts were selected in vivo and in vitro.RESULTS The extractive conditions were 40% alcohol,10 times and 4 hours.When the dose was 400 mg·kg -1 ,the activity in vivo was the highest.CONCLUSION The optimal technology will provide some useful information for us to further develop Cornus officinalis.
