玉屏风散加味方治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床观察

Clinical observation on results of Yupingfeng powder prescription for treatment of urticaria.

目的 评价中药玉屏风散加味方治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。 方法 将符合纳入标准的 48名慢性荨麻疹患者随机分入玉屏风散加味方治疗组和咪唑斯叮 (Mizolastine)对照组 ,观察治疗后两组症状改善时间和治疗后复发率。 结果 玉屏风散加味方治疗组在服药后症状消失时间为 ( 6 2 1± 1 5 4)h ,明显慢于Mizolastine对照组的 ( 3 3 7± 1 0 6)h(P <0 0 1) ;治疗后复发频率比较 ,前者为 ( 3 2 3± 1 14 )次 ,明显少于后者的 ( 5 15± 1 2 5 )次 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 玉屏风散加味方按组方作用能抑制肥大细胞释放生物活性介质而改善调节机体的免疫状况 ,对预防慢性荨麻疹复发效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Yupingfeng powder prescription in the treatment of chronic urticaria by comparison with Mizolastine. Methods The 48 enrolled patients were divided into two groups: Yupingfeng powder prescription group and Mizolastine group each consisted of 24 cases, and the recovery time and the recurrence of Yupingfeng powder prescription were observed after treatment. Results The patients in Mizolastine group could recover faster than those in Yupingfeng powder prescription group, and had lower recurrence. Conclusion It can be deduced through reviewing the literature that Yupingfeng powder prescription may act not only by stabilizing the membrane of the mastocyte and inhibiting the production of IgG, but also by modulating the body immunity in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
