摘要
目的 了解广东省疾病预防控制系统 (原卫生防疫系统 )人力资源结构的配置状况。 方法 收集 2 0 0 1~2 0 0 3年全省省、市、县三级疾病预防控制系统 (卫生防疫系统 )人员学历、专业、职称和年龄构成以及从事专业工作年限、业务与工勤人员配置等资料 ,并进行相关比较分析。 结果 全省疾病预防控制中心 (卫生防疫站 )工作人员不足 ,其中无职称、无学历人员均超标准配置 ,县 (区 )级高、中级职称工作人员数量不足。 结论 有必要根据有关标准及社会发展要求 ,采取措施对目前三级疾病预防控制中心 (卫生防疫站 )人员结构中的状况作适当的调整与补足。
Objective To understand the distribution of human resources of disease control and prevention sectors in Guangdong province (formerly health and anti-epidemic system) in 2001~2003. Methods Data concerning education background, professions, professional titles and age and years of service of the staffs in disease and prevention systems at provincial city and county levels in 2001~2003 were collected and analyzed. Results The data show that the allocation of working staffs at provincial level are insufficient and those without receiving formal schooling and without professional title exceeds the requirement; The staffs with high and middle professional titles are also insufficient. Conclusions Measures be taken to adjust the structure of human resources in three-level disease control and prevention sectors in Guangdong Province.
