A Database Management System of the Water Resource in Datong Basin

本文概要论述了数据库技术及数据库管理系统的特点和一般原理。在UCDOS 系统及汉字 FO×BASE+支持下,建立了大同盆地水资源数据库管理系统,采用多级菜单方式,提供了查询、修改、维护、检索、统计和制表等功能,研制了水文地质参数计算通用程序库及图形显示程序库,从而对数据库数据进行编辑、运算、分析和输出。

In this paper,the characteristics and the general principles of the database technique and the database management system are described in summarize.Under the support of UCDOS and FOXBASE 2.10,we create the water resource databases man- agement system(WRDMS)in Dotong basin,In the WRDMS,various functions for look-up,modification,preservation,index,statistic,analysis,tabulation and drafting,have been developed.Moreover,a common program for calculating the parameters of hydrogeology are designed.Several topics,including the main contents,the structure design of the water resource databases,the technique features of WRDMS and applica- tion environment,are discussed.so,the users of this system can easily operate WRDMS for editing,analyzing and printing the data of the water resource databases.
