本文提出了实现7号公共信道信令系统第三功能级的总体方案,用软件实现了第三功能级的主要内容,并由调测方案调测通过.本实现是在 IBM-PC 上用8086/8088汇编语言完成的,程序量约37k.由于采用的信号同结构较为灵活,因此本实现具有一定的实用价值.

This paper introduces the functions of No.7 CCSS L3,puts forward a signalling network that is suitable for Chinese situa- tion and a proposed plan of implementing No.7 CCSS.In the implementation,we finish and test the main of L3,and inter- rogate some problems in Red Book.This implementation is fini- shed by Intel 8086/8088 Assemble Language on IBM-PC.The total software is about 37k bytes.
