师资管理是高等学校一项重要的行政管理工作。教师的学历层次、知识结构、年龄结构、职务结构、专业结构是反映教师队伍整体素质的主要依据。应用dBASEⅢ关系型数据库管理软件实现了高校师资管理系统,并具有资料保存、数据查询、修改、插入、删除多项数据统计,各种报表自动生成等功能。
The management of the teaching staff is of great significance in the administra- tion of colleges and universities. The background of the teachers' records of formal school- ing and the structures of their knowledge, age, position and speciality are the main basis for the analysis of the quality of the teaching staff as a whole. The application of the managing software in the dBASEⅢ brings about the realization of the managing system of the teach- ing staff, with the functions of information store, data inquiry, correction, insertion, dele- tion, statistics of various data and automatic transformation of various sorts of charts.
