摘要
传统的教育改革模式的最大缺陷在于没有教师的参与。教育改革的成败最终取决于教师。教师应当成为教育改革者 ,应当借助于反思、对话和行动研究而成为教育改革的实施者、改革决策的参与者和教育改革的自主发起者。为此 。
The main drawback of traditional model of educational reform is the lack of teachers’ participation. Whether the reform succeeds or not depends on teachers. Teacher should become the reformer of education—the executor, the decision-maker, and the autonomous initiator of the educational reform through reflection, dialogue and behavioral studies. For this sake, teacher must win sufficient supports in policy and technology.
