Generalized Forecast Control for Speed Regulator of Hydraulic generators

从现代水力发电厂运行的实际需要出发,论述了快速启机快速并网的重要意义,并从分析水轮机启动过程中的能量关系入手,吸收了预测控制思想,提出了一种新的开机控制策略,保证机组快速平稳地达到稳定转速要求缩短了开机并网时间。

Proceeding from actual operational necessarty of modern hydraulic power stations, significance of quick start-up of hydraulic turbine and synchronizing of generator is addressed. Starting from the analysis of the energy relations during start-up of hydraulic turbine and making use of the conception of forecast control, a new control strategy for start-up is developed to run the unit quickly and stably up to rated speed. This can shorten the time for synchronizing.
