背压式供热机组的节能条件与经济运行

摘要 中小型背压式供热机组发电煤耗率的计算中,须考虑轴封漏汽、全厂汽水损失和回热系统的散热损失等影响。发电节约燃料的经济条件是热化发电比x>背压机临界热化发电比〔x〕。背压机运行以热定电,需长期带基本负荷稳定运行,才能收到显著的节能效益。 In the calculation of coal consumption of small or medtium sized back-pressure heat supply units,steam packing leakage,plant steam or water heat losses and heat loss of heat retrieval system must be taken into consideration.Fuel saving condition for electricity generation is the heat-electricity ratio X>Critical heat-electricity ratio of back-pressure turbine(x). Generated electricity of a back-pressure unit is determined by its heat load. It is neccessary to operate the unit with stable basic load to get significant energy saving profit.
