优质护理的指征:住院病人观点的调查

Indicators of quality of nursing care:Investigation of inpatients' perceptions

目的 探讨住院病人对优质护理指征的观点。方法 研究者自行设计问卷 ,对 2 34名住院病人进行了调查 ;从研究对象的答案中找出代表优质护理指征的术语进行编码 ,输入计算机 ,用SPSS软件进行频数和百分率的计算。运用内容分析的方法对编码的术语进行归类。结果 病人对优质护理指征的观点可归纳为 6个主题 :对病人态度好、业务精湛责任感强、对病人的关怀、讲解与疾病护理有关的知识、及时提供满足其需要的护理、病人住院期间获得的良好感觉。结论 病人对优质护理有其独特的观点。在制定护理质量标准、病人满意度问卷时 。

Objective To explore the hospitalized patients' perceptions of quality of nursing care.Method A total of 234 in patients were investigated by using self developed questionnaire.Indicators of quality of nursing care proposed by patients were coded and calculated.Then content analysis was used to classify the indicators.Results Six themes of quality of nursing care were found: nice attitude toward the patients; competence and accountability; caring for the patients; teaching disease and nursing related knowledge to the patients;providing care as needed promptly;and patients' pleasant feeling during hospitalization.Conclusion patients have their own special ideas about quality of nursing care. The study has the implications for the nursing management and nursing practice.
