摘要
本文对数字双节目系统中所用的场存储器的特点进行了分析,采用大规模动态存储器MCM514256,设计并制作了场存储器,与采用静态存储器相比,具有体积小,耗电少,成本低等优点,经过实际使用效果很好。
This paper analyzes the feature of field memory, which is used in digital dual-channel TV system, Adopting large scale dynamic RAM MCM514256, we designed and made a kind of field memory, and in comparison with the state RAM, this kind of field memory has advantages of small size, less power consumption, and low cost. In practical using, it proves good effect.
