摘要
文章提出了用于细胞显微图像分割中的一种开窗方法。根据图像灰度及灰度梯度特征,在设定区域内,用80条射线及4个分区,以图像识别的方法,自动形成动态封闭窗口。提高了分割的准确度及处理速度。临床实验表明,对泌尿系统脱落细胞的分割是很有效的。
A new of windowing for the dividing of cell microscopic image is presentedin the paper. In a definite region by using image recognition method, dyna-mic close window has been automatically formed by a set of 80 radiation lines and 4 zones, according to the feature of gray scale and its gray gradient. The dividing accuracy and processing speed are thus improved. Clinical exper-iment results show that this dividing method is quite effective for cast-off cells of urological organs.
