平面静压推力轴承用于摆辗装置的研究与实践

摘要 应用润滑理论提出了平面静压推力轴承用于摆辗装置的数学模型,编制了计算机程序,计算结果表明平面静压推力轴承可用于摆辗装置,并得出一些有益的结论。在此基础上,制造了一台平面静压推力轴承摆辗装置。试验验证了理论分析的正确性,证明了平面静压推力轴承用于摆辗装置的可行性。此项研究对摆辗工艺的推广普及有着重要的意义。 The mathematical model of plane hydrostatic thrust bearing used in rotary forging device is derived according to the theory of lubrication and itscomputer program is designed. The calculating results show the bearing canbe used in the device and some conclusions are developed. The rotary forgingdevice with plane hydrostatic thrust bearing has been made with success, andtheoretical calculating results are verified by the experiments. The study develops a new path for extended application of rotary forging process.
