胃癌组织中p53、VEGF和Ang-2的表达与胃癌临床病理关系

Correlation of p53,VEGF and Ang-2 Abnormal Expression to Clinicopathological Parameters

目的研究p5 3、血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和促血管生成素 2 (Angiopoietin 2 ,Ang 2 )在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌临床病理联系 ,探讨肿瘤血管形成及调节机制。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测 5 3例胃癌组织中p5 3、VEGF和Ang 2的表达。结果p5 3、VEGF和Ang 2的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移和胃癌临床病理分期密切相关。p5 3的表达与VEGF表达显著相关 ,Ang 2的表达与VEGF表达显著相关。结论p5 3、VEGF和Ang 2参与了胃癌组织新生血管的调节 ,进而影响胃癌的进展。

Objective To study the expression of p53,VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor)and Ang-2(Angiopoietin-2) in gastric carcinomas tissue and the its relationship between these expressions and the clinicopathological parameters, in order to understand the role of Ang-2,p53 and VEGF in the progression of tumors. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of p53,VEGF and Ang-2 protein in 53 samples of gastric carcinoma tissue. Results p53,VEGF and Ang-2 were expressed in tumor tissue. There was a close correlation between p53,VEGF as well as Ang-2 expression and several clinicopathological factors including penetrating depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. Increased expression of p53 was significantly correlated with an increase in VEGF; and there was a close correlation between VEGF and Ang-2 expression. Conclusion p53,VEGF and Ang-2 play an important role in the angiogenesis and tumor growth and accordingly influence tumor progression
