摘要
以聚酯生产中产生的下脚料——乙二醇残渣(主要含PET低聚物)为原料,采用辛醇合并醇解、酯交换一步法工艺,合成了增塑剂DOTP。最佳工艺条件为:反应温度175~195℃,醇解时温度较低,酯交换时温度较高,低聚物:异辛醇(mol比)为1:2.8;醋酸盐复合催化剂的加入量为0.1%~2.0%;反应时间4.5h。产品质量达到了工业二级品的要求,转化率约为80%。
Plasticizer DOTP was prepared from ethylene glycol residue (major component is PET low polymer) using single step process in which alcoholysis and ester interchange were combined. Optimal process conditions: reaction temperature was 175~195℃; alcoholysis at lower temperature, ester interchange at higher temperature; polymer: isooctanol (molar ratio), 1: 2.8; reaction time, 4.5h; product qualityagreed with commercial grade B; invert rate was about 80%.
