摘要
黄瓜尖孢镰刀菌培养初期(1~4d)的粗毒素滤液对黄瓜种子萌发具有明显的抑制作用,胚根的长度明显比对照组短,对胚根生长的抑制率为30.00%~45.00%,且处理后的黄瓜种子很难成苗;培养后期(5~10d)的粗毒素滤液对黄瓜种子的萌发具有明显的促进作用,胚根的长度比对照组略长,对胚根生长的促进率为14.29%~28.57%且处理后的黄瓜幼苗的高度比对照组高.对其幼苗进行的尖孢镰刀菌分离的结果表明,从根上1cm的茎段没有分离到尖孢镰刀菌,而根上2~3cm,5~6cm和叶片部位则都分离到尖孢镰刀菌.
The growth of cucumber embryonic roots was significantly restrained by the extracted toxin of Fusarium oxysporum in the initial stage(1~4 d)of zymolysis,in which,the growth suppressed rate was from 30.00% to 45.00%,and they could not grow.But their growth was accelerated by the toxin from the later stage (5~10 d) of zymolysis,the growth accelerated rate was from 14.29% to 28.57%,and the height of the seedling was higher than the control.The results of the seedling tissue isolated showed that there was no F.oxysporum found in the 1 cm of the stem up to the root,but the pathogens,F.oxysporum were isolated from the 2~3 cm and 5~6 cm of the stem up to the root and the leaf of cucumber.
