4种重金属离子对离体蛙心搏动的影响 被引量:2

摘要 用任氏液分别配制浓度为0.001,0.01,0.1,1,10,100mg/L的CdCl2、Pb(NO3)2、CuSO4和K2Cr2O7溶液,对离体蛙心进行灌流实验观察,结果显示金属离子对心率和心脏收缩幅度会产生抑制.对心率的影响,毒性大小为Cr6+>Pb2+>Cu2+>Cd2+,对心搏幅度的影响,毒性大小为Cd2+>Pb2+>Cr6+>Cu2+. The CdCl_2、Pb(NO_3)_2、CuSO_4 and K_2Cr_2O_7 solutions were confected with Ren's solution in concentrations of 0.001,0.01,0.1,1,10,100 mg/L,respectively.Effects of the heavy metal ions on the pulsation of isolated frog heart were observed by pouring experiment.It was showed that the heart rate and pulsation strength would be inhibited by the ions.Toxicity to heart rate was Cr^(6+)>Pb^(2+)>Cu^(2+)>Cd^(2+),Toxicity to heart pulsation strength was Cd^(2+)>Pb^(2+)>Cr^(6+)>Cu^(2+).
