海岸带环境资源价值评估——理论方法与案例研究

Evaluation of Coastal Environmental Resources:Xiamen Case Study

海岸带是人类活动最集中的区域,要达到海岸带地区的可持续发展,必须对海岸带环境资源价值进行评估,为海岸带综合管理决策提供真实可靠的依据.本文以厦门海岸带作为案例,探讨了没有交易市场的海岸带环境资源价值评估的方法,并利用或然价值法对厦门海岸带环境资源水质、沙滩、珍稀物种的价值进行了评估,得出厦门水质、沙滩、珍稀物种的每年的价值分别为21967万元、10318万元、11390万元.这些价值信息纳入到海岸带开发和管理的社会经济效益分析之中,对对海岸带管理的决策具有重要意义.

Coast is an area with intensive human activities.To reach the objective of sustainable development of coastal area,it is necessary to value coastal environmental resources to provide the sound information for the decision maker.This article discusses the methods and approaches of estimating the value of coastal environmental resources,which have no market trade information,and estimate the value of coastal environmental resources,such as water quality,beaches and endangered species of Xiamen using Contingent Valuation Method.We also discuss the application of this valuation information in the last part of the article.
